STEP 1: AFTER CONSULTATION

We will have came to agreeable agreement between you and us. Which will be outlined in our contract. We will be sending you a copy to your email address and call to make sure you have received it. We will request that you fill it out and return the contract within 14 days to confirm that we are to proceed as follows. Your first payment will also be required at that time. 

STEP 2: MEETINGS TOWARDS EVENT

Our team will provide you with a planned meeting times sheet that will clearly display when we expect to bring forward the work we have completed in that time for your approval. As time goes on, Speakers and Sponsors will be also attending these meetings. If for any reason, you are unable to make it please inform us directly. During this time the 3 other payments will be made. 

STEP 3: DRESS REHERSALS

Our team will invite you with Speakers, and Sponsors to rehearsals for the prepare for the per-determined date to make sure everything runs smoothly prior to the event taking place.

STEP 4: THE DAY OF THE EVENT

Our team will arrive at the location at least a day prior to the event. We will meet with the Technicians, Hotel Staff, Speakers, Sponsors, and others to make sure everything is prepared the day before so that everything runs smoothly in the morning. Allowing you the peace of mind to arrive at your leisure to your event.
